Workplace Safety & Compliance
Real feedback from facility managers, safety officers, and compliance leads who rely on our workplace inspections and training programs.
Straightforward answers about workplace safety audits, fire hazard evaluations, and compliance training — no legal jargon, just what you need to know.
We inspect your facility for OSHA and NFPA compliance, focusing on fire extinguisher placement, exit routes, electrical hazards, chemical storage, and recordkeeping. After the walkthrough, you receive a written report with specific violations and recommended fixes.
Most evaluations take two to four hours depending on building size. We check ignition sources, fuel loads, suppression systems, and emergency lighting. You get a prioritized list of hazards and a suggested timeline for corrections.
No. All our training is conducted on-site so we can tailor examples to your actual work environment. This includes fire extinguisher hands-on drills, confined space entry procedures, and lockout/tagout demonstrations.
Yes. Our training certificates meet OSHA training requirements under 29 CFR 1910 and 1926. We do not issue insurance or financial certifications — only workplace safety credentials.
Annually is the minimum for most industries. If your facility handles hazardous materials or has high employee turnover, we recommend a mid-year follow-up to catch new risks before they become violations.
Gather your current safety data sheets, training records, incident logs, and any previous inspection reports. Our auditor will also need a facility map and a list of all hazardous processes. We send a prep checklist two weeks before the visit.

This document clarifies the specific terms, limitations, and scope of the workplace safety audits, fire hazard evaluations, and compliance training services provided by WHS Assurance. It is intended to prevent misinterpretation of our role and responsibilities.
WHS Assurance is a dedicated safety firm focused exclusively on physical workplace inspections, compliance verification, and safety training. We do not provide insurance, financial services, legal advice, or any form of risk transfer products.
While we strive to identify all observable hazards during an on-site evaluation, our inspections are limited to the areas and conditions present at the time of the visit. Certifications issued are based on the specific scope of work agreed upon in the service contract.
Our training programs are designed to provide participants with practical knowledge and skills relevant to their work environment. Completion of a course does not automatically qualify an individual for all related tasks without additional site-specific instruction.
WHS Assurance exercises reasonable care in performing all services, but we cannot guarantee that every hazard will be identified or that compliance with all regulations will be achieved. Our liability is limited as set forth in the service agreement.
